Class bookings were handled manually over WhatsApp, double bookings were routine, and there was no reliable record of attendance or membership status across branches.

We built a Laravel application with class scheduling, member accounts, branch-level admin roles, attendance tracking and automated reminders, plus a public-facing site that feeds directly into the booking flow.

Staff moved off manual coordination entirely, and management gained a single view of attendance and membership across every branch.
