Privacy policy

MS Digital Solutionz is a digital agency based in Lahore, Pakistan. In this policy “we” means us, and “you” means anyone who visits this website, gets in touch, or works with us. This explains what information we collect, why, who sees it, and what you can ask us to do with it.

What we collect

  • When you ask for a proposal: your name, email, phone number, company name and website, the service or package you are interested in, your budget and timeline, and anything you write in your message.
  • When you contact us: your name, email, phone number, subject and message.
  • When you apply for a job: the details on the application form and the CV you upload.
  • When you join our newsletter: your email address.
  • When you use the website: standard technical details such as your IP address, browser, device and the pages you visit. These come from our hosting provider’s server logs and, where it is switched on, Google Analytics.
  • When we work for you: the access and information you give us to do the job — logins to your website, hosting, advertising, analytics or social media accounts, and sometimes data about your own customers.

How we use it

  • To reply to you, understand what you need and send you a proposal.
  • To carry out the work we have agreed, and to report on it.
  • To send invoices, take payments and make refunds.
  • To consider you for a job you have applied for.
  • To send our newsletter — only if you signed up for it.
  • To understand how people use this website so we can improve it.
  • To keep the records that accounting and tax law require.

What we never do

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We do not use our clients’ data — or their customers’ data — for anything except that client’s own work.

Who else sees it

Only the people and services that help us run the business:

  • Hostinger, who host this website and our email.
  • Google, through Google Analytics and the fonts this website uses.
  • WhatsApp, if you choose to message us there.
  • Tools we need for your project, which we will agree with you first.
  • Government or legal authorities, but only when the law requires it.

Your business data

When we work inside your accounts, we act on your instructions. We keep what we see confidential, give access only to the people working on your project, and hand back or remove our access when the work ends. If you are in the UK or the EU and need a data processing agreement, ask us and we will put one in place.

Keeping it safe

This website runs over a secure (HTTPS) connection. CVs and other private files are stored where they cannot be reached from the public website, and only our logged-in team can open them.

How long we keep it

  • Enquiries and proposals: for as long as they are useful for following up and for our business records.
  • Job applications: for the hiring round and a short time after, unless you ask us to keep you in mind for future roles.
  • Newsletter: until you unsubscribe.
  • Client work and invoices: for as long as we need them to support the work and to meet accounting and tax rules.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us at any time to:

  • tell you what information we hold about you;
  • correct anything that is wrong;
  • delete your information, unless the law requires us to keep it;
  • stop sending you emails — every newsletter also has an unsubscribe link.

If you are in the UK or the EU, you also have rights under the UK GDPR and the EU GDPR, including the right to complain to your data protection authority (in the UK, the Information Commissioner’s Office). Email us and we will reply within one month.

Children

This website and our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Refund policy

You can ask for a full refund of any payment within 7 days of making it.

How to ask

Email contact@msdigitalsolutionz.com or message us on WhatsApp with your name, the invoice or payment it relates to, and a line about what went wrong. We ask so we can do better — not to argue you out of it.

When you get your money

Once a refund is approved, we pay it back within 15 working days, to the same account or method you paid with, unless we agree another way with you.

What we cannot refund

Some of what you pay us is passed straight on to other companies on your behalf. That money is no longer with us, so we cannot return it — and what it bought is usually in your name and stays yours:

  • advertising spend paid to Google, Meta or other ad platforms;
  • domain names and hosting plans;
  • paid themes, plugins, apps, stock images or fonts bought for your project.

After 7 days

Payments cannot be refunded after 7 days, because by then the work they paid for is usually well under way or finished. If something has gone wrong after that, please still tell us — we would much rather put it right.

If we cannot do the work

If we have to stop or cannot start the work we agreed for a reason on our side, we refund what you have paid for any work not done, whenever that happens.

Project terms

  • Scope in writing. What we will do, by when and for how much is agreed in writing before we start. Anything outside it is quoted separately before we do it.
  • Payments. As set out in your proposal or invoice. We may pause work while an invoice is overdue.
  • Your part. We rely on you for content, access and feedback. Delays on either side can move the dates, and we will always tell you when they do.
  • You own what we build. Once it is paid for in full, the website, designs, content and code we make for you are yours. Third-party items such as themes, plugins and stock images keep their own licences.
  • Accounts in your name. Wherever possible, domains, hosting and ad accounts are registered to you, not to us.
  • Confidentiality. We keep your business information private.
  • Our portfolio. We may describe work we did for you without naming you. We will only name you or show screenshots with your permission.
  • Honest about results. We do not promise rankings, a position on Google, sales or a set number of leads — search engines and ad platforms are not ours to control, and anyone who guarantees them is guessing. We do promise to do the work we agreed and to report on it honestly.
  • Ending monthly work. Ongoing monthly services can be ended by either of us with the notice set out in your proposal.
  • Our liability. Our total responsibility for any piece of work is limited to the amount you paid us for it.

Cookies

Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. We use two kinds:

  • Essential cookies keep your visit secure and make the forms work. The site does not work properly without them.
  • Analytics cookies from Google Analytics (their names start with _ga) tell us how many people visit and which pages they read. They do not tell us who you are.

We do not use advertising cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time; blocking the essential ones will stop the forms on this site from working.

Using this website

  • The text, design and images on this website belong to us. Please do not copy them without asking.
  • Information here is general and can change. Prices on the website are a guide until they are confirmed in a written proposal.
  • We link to other websites where it helps. We are not responsible for what they say or do.
  • These policies are governed by the laws of Pakistan.

Changes to these policies

We may update this page as the business or the law changes. The date at the top always shows the latest version. If we make a change that affects work you have already paid for, the terms you agreed to at the time still apply to that work.
